Fire Rebuild in Cutler Bay

This addition to a home in Cutler Bay was fire damaged from the adjoining room. We worked with the insurance company to coordinate the remodel of this room according to the wishes of the homeowner. We tossed the interior items, flooring, and the paneled walls and ceiling. After the clean up and the smoke odor removal, we used several ozone machines, meaning that the house was vacated for a day, to remove any lingering hint of odors. Our SERVPRO of Cutler Bay fire & smoke restoration specialists prepared the fire damaged areas completely for the renovation. We passed on the actual rebuild to a partner; the owner was satisfied with our communication and cooperation which resulted in this beautifully finished bedroom.
