Coconut Grove Flood

It takes a lot of strong pumps to remove this much standing water from several rooms of a Coconut Grove home. Several trucks, with mounted water pumps, plus a sump pump and wet vacs were all utilized for the water extraction. The sofa was not wanted by the homeowners, and the carpeting was also discarded. The drywall was thrown out, and all the affected areas were dried with a desiccant dehumidifier, refrigerant dehumidifiers, and air movers. The areas wetted by the broken water line were also sprayed to prevent mold growth and sanitized for any pathogens.
