When ceilings begin to bow down from the weight of the water, we remove the water through a series of tiny holes that move increasingly closer to the center of the lowest point. Once drained of lost water from the tub, we can put a tube into the ceiling, typically through a light fixture, and force air into the ceiling until it becomes suitably dry.  

When lost water from a broken drain does end up in walls, we look to see if they contain insulation or if they hold dead space. Dead space allows for quick and easy drying, also with our Injectidry system and some tubing. Walls that contain insulation, typically exterior walls, require that we remove the insulation to dry out the structure.  

The exception to this is closed-cell foam because it does not retain moisture. We can check with our moisture readers and thermal imaging cameras to see where pockets of water seem trapped, and which areas, if any, do not respond to our methods. We can alter them to ensure that we get your home thoroughly dry again.
